【摘要】:1.1ThisguidecoversaprocedureforusingASTMStandardReferenceBlacks(SRBs)tocontinuouslymonitortheprecisionofthosecarbonblacktestmethodsforwhichstandardvalueshavebeenestablished.Italsooffersguidelinesfortroubleshootingvarioustestmethods.1.2Thisguideestablishesthex-chartcontrollimitstobeusedwhencontinuouslymonitoringthosetestslistedinSection.Alternatively,thesecontrollimitsmaybeusedasabasisforcomparisontotestingprecisioncomputedwithinalaboratory.1.3ThisguideusesstatisticalcontrolchartmethodologyasdiscussedinSTP-15-Dtodetermineifalaboratory''stestresultsdiffersignificantlyfromtheacceptedvaluesoftheSRBs.1.4ThisguideprovidesastatisticalprocedureforimprovingtestreproducibilitywhenalaboratorycannotphysicallycalibrateitsapparatustoobtainthestandardvaluesoftheASTMSRBs,withintherangesgivenintheprecisionstatementofthetestmethod.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
