【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothedesignandmanufactureofautomaticdividerswhosefunctionisbasedonthevolumetricprincipleusingoneormoresuctionand/orpressingpistons.DoughdividersworkinginotherwaysareexcludedfromthescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.Theseautomaticdividersareusedinthefoodindustryandshops(pastry-making,bakeries,confectionery,etc.)fordividingdoughorpastryintoportionstoproducetherequiredweightofdoughpiece.Thesemachinescanbefedbyhandorautomatically.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttotheinstallation,adjustment,operation,cleaningandmaintenanceofautomaticdividers,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4).WhendraftingthisEuropeanStandard,ithasbeenassumedthatthemachinesarenotintendedtobecleanedwithwater.1.2Thefollowingmachinesareexcluded:A—experimentalandtestingmachines,underdevelopmentbythemanufacturer;—weightingdevices;—"knifeandbelt"dividersandothertypesofmachineswherethedividingmechanismisbasedonthefunctioningofamovingknife;—liftingandtiltingmachines1)orotherseparatefeedingmachines.1.3AnoisetestcodeisincludedinAnnexAtoassistmanufacturerstomeasurenoiselevelsforthepurposeofthenoiseemissiondeclaration.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
