【摘要】:1Thisstandardappliestofootwearmouldingmachineswhichareintendedforuseintheshoeindustryfortheproductionoffootwearandfootwearcomponents.Thesemachinesare:—direct-onsolemouldingmachines;—fullshoeandbootmouldingmachines;—unitsoleandfootwearcomponentmouldingmachines.2Thisstandardspecifiessafetyrequirementsforconstruction,transport,installation,adjustment,setting,teachingorprocesschange-over,operation,cleaning,maintenance,decommissioning,dismantlingand,asfarassafetyisconcerned,disposalformachinesmentionedin1.1.Ittakesaccountofintendeduse,foreseeablemisuse,componentandsystemfailure.3Thefollowingmachinesareexcludedfromthescopeofthisstandardunlessusedfordirect-onsolemouldingorreactionmoulding:—machineswithstaticinjectionunitsandstaticmouldstations(clampingunits);—mouldingmachineswithstaticmeteringandmixingunitsandmobilestationswithlinearconfiguration(mouldcarriers).4Thisstandardcoversallhazardsrelevanttothefootwearmanufacturingindustryonly.(Listofhazardsseeclause4).Thestandarddoesnotdealwith:—precisetechnicalmeasuresforreducingtherisksfromfumes;—hazardscreatedbythemixingandmeteringunit.NOTEFormeteringandmixingunits,seeEN1612-1.Theuseofmachineswithinthescopeofthisstandardinindustriesotherthanthosespecifiedin1.1maygiverisetohazardsnotconsideredduringitspreparation.NOTEForthisapplicationseeEN201andprEN1612-2.5Thisstandardalsoappliestoadditionalequipmentformaterialhandlingandoperationwhichareanintegralpartofthemachinesuchassprayingdevices,injectionunits,castingunits,nozzlecleaners,spruepullers,mouldfrontedgecleaners,activatingdevicesandrobotsforpreparatoryandsubsequenttreatment.Thestandarddoesnotdealwithprecisetechnicalmeasuresforreducingtherisksfromfumes.6Thisstandardappliestomachinesmanufacturedafteritsdateofpublication.

【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversrequirementsandtestmethodsformaterials,dimensions,workmanship,impactresistance,pipestiffness,flattening,buckling,tensilestrengthofseam,jointsystems,perforations,andmarkingsforsteelreinforcedthermoplasticpipeandfittingsofnominalsizes8in.[200mm]through120in.[3000mm].Thesteelreinforced,spirallyformedthermoplasticpipesgovernedbythisstandardareintendedforuseinundergroundapplicationswheresoilprovidessupportfortheirflexiblewalls.Thesepipeswillbeusedforgravityflowandnon-pressureapplications,suchasstormsewers,sanitarysewers,industrialwasteapplicationsanddrainagepipes.Units-Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundunitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.WithinthetexttheSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents:therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.ThereisnosimilarorequivalentISOstandard.
