【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60947appliestocontrolcircuitdevicesandswitchingelementsintendedforcontrolling,signalling,interlocking,etc.,ofswitchgearandcontrolgear.Itappliestocontrolcircuitdeviceshavingaratedvoltagenotexceeding1000Va.c.(atafrequencynotexceeding1000Hz)or600Vd.c.However,foroperationalvoltagesbelow100Va.c.ord.c.,seenote2of4.3.1.1.Thisstandardappliestospecifictypesofcontrolcircuitdevicessuchas:–manualcontrolswitches,forexamplepushbuttons,rotaryswitches,footswitches,etc.;–electromagneticallyoperatedcontrolswitches,eithertime-delayedorinstantaneous,forexamplecontactorrelays;–pilotswitches,forexamplepressureswitches,temperaturesensitiveswitches(thermostats),programmers,etc.;–positionswitches,forexamplecontrolswitchesoperatedbypartofamachineormechanism;–associatedcontrolcircuitequipment,forexampleindicatorlights,etc.NOTE1Acontrolcircuitdeviceincludes(a)controlswitch(es)andassociateddevicessuchas(an)indicatorlight(s).NOTE2Acontrolswitchincludes(a)switchingelement(s)andanactuatingsystem.NOTE3Aswitchingelementmaybeacontactelementorasemiconductorelement.Italsoappliestospecifictypesofswitchingelementsassociatedwithotherdevices(whosemaincircuitsarecoveredbyotherstandards)suchas:–auxiliarycontactsofaswitchingdevice(e.g.contactor,circuitbreaker.etc.)whicharenotdedicatedexclusivelyforusewiththecoilofthatdevice;–interlockingcontactsofenclosuredoors;–controlcircuitcontactsofrotaryswitches;–controlcircuitcontactsofoverloadrelays.ContactorrelaysshallalsomeettherequirementsandtestsofIEC60947-4-1exceptfortheutilizationcategorywhichshallcomplywiththisstandard.ThisstandarddoesnotincludetherelayscoveredinIEC60255orintheIEC61810series,norautomaticelectricalcontroldevicesforhouseholdandsimilarpurposes.Thecolourrequirementsofindicatorlights,pushbuttons,etc.,arefoundinIEC60073andalsoinpublication2oftheInternationalCommissionofIllumination(CIE).Theobjectofthisstandardistostate:a)Thecharacteristicsofcontrolcircuitdevices.b)Theelectricalandmechanicalrequirementswithrespectto:1)Thevariousdutiestobeperformed.2)Thesignificanceoftheratedcharacteristicsandofthemarkings.3)Theteststoverifytheratedcharacteristics.c)Thefunctionalrequirementstobesatisfiedbythecontrolcircuitdeviceswithrespectto:1)Environmentalconditions,includingthoseofenclosedequipment.2)Dielectricproperties.3)Terminals.
