【摘要】:ThispartofEN1546providesthenecessaryinformationonthedataelementstobestoredandexchangedinordertoenableIEPSystemsconformingtothisstandardtobeinteroperable.ThetransactiontypesinvolvinglEPsasdefinedinprEN1546-1(Definitions,conceptsandstructures)andEN1546-2(Securityarchitecture)arecoveredbythispartofEN1546.Formatsforcommandsandresponses,includingthedetaileddefinitionsofsingledataelements,aredefined,whereastheexactwaythedatamaybestoredinthecomponentsisoutsidethescopeofEN1546.MethodsforselectionoftheIEPapplicationaredefined.Examplesofformatsforcommandsandresponsestoimplementinformativetransactiontypes,asdefinedinEN1546-2,aregiveninAnnexA.ApossiblefilestructurefortheIEPandmethodsforreadingoutthecontentoffilesisnotdefinedasitisnotcriticaltointeroperability.However,anexampleisgiveninAnnexB.TheprocessingofthecommandswithinthereceivingdevicesisnotdefinedbythispartofEN1546asitiscoveredfromasecuritypointofviewinEN1546-2(Securityarchitecture).TheinterfaceandfunctionalityoftheIEParespecifiedindetail,asthedevicethatimplementsitiscriticalinachievinginteroperabilitybetweendifferentIEPSystems.AnexampleofaPSAMimplementationisgiveninAnnexC,whereasLSAMsandPPSAMsareconsideredoutsidethescopeofthispartofEN1546.
